Introduced to pageants at the age of two, D'Vanya has experienced the pageant world both onstage and behind the scenes. After competing and modeling locally and internationally, and capturing several titles including Junior Model of the Year, Miss Commonwealth Bahamas 2008, and Miss Bahamas Galaxy 2009 and winning awards like Miss Photogenic, Most Talented, and Miss Congeniality, she started her own business, Elite Incorporated which offers services in pageantry and modeling coaching as well as Wedding and Event Planning.

Rissie is known for her charismatic nature and bubbly personality. She lives by the philosophy that “life is what you make it.” Rissie has a deep passion for theatre arts, and she wants to share her passion and love for self expression. On 17th April, 2011, Rissie was crowned Miss Bahamas Galaxy 2011-2012, winning over the hearts of the judges with her beauty, poise and confidence. A beauty with a purpose, Rissie was internationally recognized as an Honoree for the “I AM” Project. She completed her studies at The University of North Carolina; receiving a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communication Studies.
Rissie enjoys traveling, reading and working with many charitable organizations. A lover of music, she embraces every day with a new song, remembering that it's a privilege to be of service to others.
From the age of 6, she was introduced into the pageantry world competing in Little Miss St. Barnabas and Little Miss Bahamas Pageant. She won her first pageant in 1982 when she was crowned Miss C. C. Sweeting Senior High. This afforded her the opportunity to be a contestant in the Hal Jackson’s Miss Talent Teen Bahamas Competition.
Mrs. Knott was the Coordinator for Miss and Miss Teen Commonwealth Bahamas Pageants, where a great accomplishment was achieved when both representatives won the Miss and Miss Teen Commonwealth International Titles in London, England in July 2006.
Married for 27 years with two children, she is employed at The College of The Bahamas, Centre for Continuing Education and Extension Services (CEES). She is also an active member of the Young Women Christian Association (YWCA) of The Bahamas and Bible Study & Prayer Group.
As the Director, she is passionate about providing personal development opportunities for women and young girls and loves what she does. Mrs. Knott wants to share with others the good news that the Pageant is growing and is on the verge of becoming one of the most premier pageants in The Bahamas. With a dynamic team, amazing contestants, vast opportunities, networking, service to the community and a great production….. there is no limit!

Mrs. Andrea Knott
Michaela Juanita Munnings is a Banker by profession. Miss Munnings is employed at Royal Fidelity Merchant Bank & Trust Limited as an Assistant Trust Administrator. She also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Nova Southeastern University. Miss Munnings has been involved in a number of civic organizations including: The Governor General’s Youth Award Programme, where she obtained her Bronze and Silver awards, The Healing Communicators Toastmasters Club 7178, Key Club and Junior Achievement.
She is a former Miss Commonwealth Bahamas 2007-2008. Michaela strongly believes in the adage “Success comes before work only in the dictionary”.

Jessica Knott
A student at the College of The Bahamas, Jessica is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. No stranger to pageants, she was a runner up in the Little Miss Yellow Elder Primary School pageant, 1st runner-up in Jordan Prince William High School Falcon Fest Pageant, and a contestant in the Jr. Miss Caribbean Pageant. She enjoys photography, modeling and fashion.
